5. Used Containers
Many of the containers sold by Coolabah Containers are used shipping containers.
Used containers may have:

- Scratches or dents
- Previous markings or repairs
- Signs of general wear
These characteristics are considered normal and do not qualify as defects unless the container was sold under a specific condition guarantee.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch under certain circumstances.
If a cancellation request is approved:

- Any transport costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund
Once a container has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.
